23 - Data Support Officer
<p><strong>Profile description:</strong> </p><p>This role sits inside a master data modernisation programme and is responsible for making sure data is clean, well-mapped, and ready to migrate to a new platform. The person in this role works across data quality, data migration preparation, functional testing, and end-user training. It is a hands-on contributor role — not advisory — requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Developer profile:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field</p></li><li><p>4 years of experience in a data management or data quality role</p></li><li><p>Solid working knowledge of data analysis tools: Excel, Power BI, or Tableau</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with SQL; Python or R is a plus</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills — this role requires active collaboration with both technical teams and domain owners (logistics, medical, or similar)</p></li><li><p>Analytical mindset, independent problem-solver, detail-oriented</p></li><li><p>Experience in cross-functional teams</p></li><li><p>English required; French, Spanish, or Arabic is a significant asset</p></li><li><p>Domain knowledge in medical or logistical areas is a strong plus</p></li><li><p>Certifications in data analysis or project coordination are a plus</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Technical requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Data quality assessment and documentation — identify, document, and fix consistency issues</p></li><li><p>Data mapping — current-state to future-state across systems</p></li><li><p>Data migration preparation and execution — structured, methodical approach</p></li><li><p>Data dictionaries — review and complete documentation for existing and new systems</p></li><li><p>Functional and UAT preparation and execution</p></li><li><p>Training material development and delivery to end users</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in at least one of: Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau</p></li><li><p>SQL (required); Python or R (preferred)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>PS: </strong>Candidates will be asked to walk through a real example of a data quality issue they identified and resolved, including the steps taken and tools used.</p>
