As a key member of the sales team, the Account Executive will work with a variety of vendors to deliver innovative and advanced solutions to our value-added resellers and MSPs. The main function of the Account Executive will be to develop exceptional customer service for resellers for the entire “quote to</span></p></div><div><p><span>order” sales life cycle.</span></p></div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span>Your role will include but is not limited to:</span></p></div><div><div><p><span>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Responsible for specific sales territories, managing Climb’s long-tail vendors, and managing a high volume of email requests</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Support resellers through precise quoting, smooth order processing, and responsive customer service throughout the quote‑to‑order cycle</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Strong organizational and follow-up skills</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Develop a strong working knowledge of our extensive long‑tail vendor portfolio to support reseller needs efficiently</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Assist reseller partners throughout the full quote‑to‑order process, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely follow‑through</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Engage directly with vendors to source required product information, pricing, and availability for reseller opportunities</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Provide informed feedback on opportunity‑related questions or seamlessly redirect inquiries to the appropriate vendor for deeper clarification</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Cultivating strong relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for assigned territory partners to ensure partner satisfaction</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Familiarity and comfort level with a team environment</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Consistently articulating Climb Channel Solutions’ value proposition to assigned territory partners in order to maintain and increase Climb’s footprint within each customer</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Acting as liaison between vendor partners and channel resellers to grow business within the assigned territory and gain market share</span></p></li></ul></div><div><p></p></div></div><div><div><p></p></div><div><p></p></div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>About you</strong></span></p></div><div><p><span>The desired candidates are those looking for a well-established company that encourages an</span></p></div><div><p><span>entrepreneurial mindset in a family-friendly, flexible work environment.</span></p></div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span>You will have a minimum of 1-2 years professional experience, a bachelor’s degree and authorized to work in the US.
