Aetna RN Remote Jobs – Virtual Assistant Nurse
About the Role
Aetna (a CVS Health company) is hiring Registered Nurses for remote clinical virtual assistant and case management roles. You will assist members with care coordination, chronic disease management, and health plan navigation — delivering nursing expertise from your home office. What You Will Do
- Conduct telephonic health assessments and care coordination for Aetna health plan members
- Assist members with chronic disease management — diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and CHF
- Coordinate post-discharge care plans and connect members with community resources
- Document all clinical interactions in Aetna case management platforms (QNXT, Amisys)
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and pharmacy teams for holistic care management
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing; compact multi-state license preferred
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience; case management or utilization review background preferred
- CCM (Certified Case Manager) certification preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health records and telehealth platforms
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $35.00–$50.00 per hour
