After-hours AEC Proposal Specialist (Digital Nomad)

At Wonderstruct, we prioritize transparency and efficiency by offering detailed scopes of work, defined estimates, and clear deadlines.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>This is a contract-based, on-call remote role for an After-hours AEC Proposal Specialist. You can expect 10-20 hours per week. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and writing architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) proposals, responding to RFPs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality submissions. You will support proposal production between 8PM EST and 7AM EST. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced digital nomad! </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong skills in Proposal Management, Proposal Writing, and responding effectively to RFPs</li><li>Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication</li><li>Proficiency in Project Management to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills</li><li>Expert in using Adobe Creative Suite projects</li><li>Experience in Figma a plus </li><li>Ability to work independently during non-standard hours in a remote work environment</li><li>Experience in the AEC industry</li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with the right experience and references</li></ul>
