Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment

Waggle is a national nonprofit that operates a growing Shopify-based eCommerce store supporting our mission to help pets receive lifesaving veterinary care. We're preparing to transition from our current dropshipping model to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) for a carefully selected group of products. We're looking for an experienced consultant who has successfully implemented Amazon MCF and can help us evaluate, design, and launch the right solution. This is a defined implementation project, not a long-term operational role. Our goal is to engage someone who can help us avoid common pitfalls, establish a scalable fulfillment operation, and transition ownership to our internal team. There may be opportunities for occasional advisory work afterward, but we are not seeking an ongoing engagement. Project Responsibilities Review and validate our proposed Amazon MCF fulfillment strategy Design and implement the Shopify ↔ Amazon MCF integration Design and implement the end-to-end Amazon MCF fulfillment workflow, including inventory management, purchasing, replenishment, and operational processes Advise on best practices for inbound inventory, shipping, returns, and day-to-day fulfillment operations Help launch the new fulfillment operation and train our team Preferred Experience Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) Amazon Seller Central Shopify Inventory planning and forecasting eCommerce fulfillment operations We're a lean nonprofit that values practical, cost-effective solutions. We're looking for someone who can move quickly, communicate well, and build a scalable system without unnecessary complexity or expense.
