Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Amazon Picker and Packer - Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The position plays a key role in maintaining our fast-paced fulfillment process, ensuring products are shipped with efficiency and care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick products based on customer orders from designated storage areas.
  • Pack products into shipping containers, ensuring they are safely and securely prepared for delivery.
  • Verify order details and ensure the correct quantities and items are selected and packed.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure orders are fulfilled without damage or errors.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse or fulfillment center, keeping products neatly arranged and accessible.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including scanners and conveyors, to manage product movement and processing.
  • Maintain an awareness of and adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of safety gear and handling of items.
