In this role, you will serve as a trusted financial concierge for Amex card members — handling their account questions, resolving issues, and helping them get the most out of their Amex card benefits. What You Will Do

• Answer inbound card member calls and chat contacts with genuine warmth, accuracy, and care
• Resolve billing inquiries, payment processing questions, and account statement disputes professionally
• Handle account maintenance requests — address changes, authorized user additions, and payment method updates
• Educate card members on Membership Rewards points earning, redemption, and transfer options
• Assist with travel benefits — lounge access, trip cancellation insurance, and concierge service referrals
• Identify and proactively offer relevant Amex card products to improve each member's overall card experience

Requirements

• High school diploma — some college or financial services background is preferred
• One or more years of customer service or call center experience in a professional environment
• Confident, composed phone and chat presence with strong active listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate financial CRM systems and manage data accurately during live customer interactions
• Home PC, headset, and stable wired internet connection — secure and private workspace required
• Flexible availability for rotating full-time shifts including some evenings and occasional weekends

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour with shift differential pay for evenings and weekends
