Architectural Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Support pre-contract and business development activities, including tender preparation and client engagement

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders during project planning stages

  • Integrate local resources (authorities, consultants, suppliers) to support project acquisition

  • Assist in preparation of technical proposals, presentations, and marketing materials

  • Participate in concept and preliminary design development and provide optimization suggestions

  • Liaise with design consultants to ensure smooth communication and implementation of design solutions

  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary design (architectural, structural, MEP) to ensure alignment and constructability

  • Participate in early-stage integrated planning (design, cost, construction) and identify risks and opportunities

Requirements：

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or property development

  • Familiar with design process and construction workflow

  • Knowledge in design optimization, constructability, and cost control is an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
