Architecture Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the architectural design process, ensuring seamless communication among all project stakeholders, including design teams, contractors, clients, and other departments.
  • Assist architects in developing and modifying architectural designs, ensuring they are accurate, feasible, and compliant with building codes, client requirements, and project specifications. Oversee the quality and accuracy of architectural plans and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain architectural documentation, including drawings, specifications, and materials lists. Review designs and plans for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Lead and supervise the architectural team, ensuring efficient project execution and high-quality design. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff to promote professional growth.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with other departments to resolve any design or construction challenges.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their vision and ensure that architectural designs meet their needs and expectations. Provide regular updates and manage client feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring the work aligns with design specifications and quality standards. Address and resolve any issues related to design or construction delays, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Architecture Coordinator 7-8 years experience in architecture, handling highrise construction and able to work independently
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
