Area Business Development Manager – Mortgages| New Delhi The Area Business Development Manager – LAP is responsible for driving the Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan (HL) business across 25–35 mapped branches and through direct sourcing channel. The role involves achieving business targets, maintaining portfolio quality, leading a team of Business Development Managers and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction through effective cross-functional coordination. Managerial Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Business Development mangers (BDM). Drive performance through regular reviews, coaching, and motivation. Conduct monthly performance appraisals and feedback sessions. Facilitate training and development of team and other stakeholders. Organising Campaigns for Branches. Ensure Branch Activation and BDM productivity. Maintain portfolio quality and manage delinquencies. Ensure timely hiring and activation of team members as per budget. Functional Responsibilities: Ensure BDM wise minimum customer meeting and logins every month. Enhance RO/BDM productivity and branch-level profitability. Deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets for LAP and HL. Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory norms. Review and resolve customer rejections and irregularities. Strengthening branch relationships to boost sourcing. Drive cross-sell of insurance and liability products (SA/CA). Manage customer lifecycle, retention, and satisfaction. Monitor and manage PDDs and documentation compliance. MBA/ Graduate Min Exp: 12 years Max Exp: 14 years Experience Level Mid Level
