Barista
Barista prepares and serves high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include operating, cleaning, and maintaining brewing equipment, managing cash registers, and keeping the café tidy. - Beverage Preparation: Craft hot and cold beverages (latte art, espresso, tea) according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, offer recommendations, and handle payments.
- Station Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, coffee machines, and seating areas.
- Inventory & Equipment: Replenish stock, such as beans and milk, and troubleshoot or report equipment issues.

- Experience: Prior experience as a barista or in customer service/food service is often preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and coffee brewing methods.

- Multitasking: Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
