You dont need previous experience to join our team as a barista, all we ask is you bring a passion for bringing joy to our customers. Working in a Starbucks store is different from any other job. Youre creating genuine moments of connection with our customers and making a difference to their day, through creating handcraft delicious beverages and building relationships with our customers (getting to know their favorite drink), and with your fellow baristas in store. Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and build relationships
- Understand and carry out oral and written instruction
- Work as part of a team
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks and Tampa General Hospital
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
