Salary: $90,000–$110,000/year (DOE)

Conference Attendance & Professional Development Opportunities What You'll Do

Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.

Provide supervision and oversight of 1:1 therapy across home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings.

Conduct assessments, analyze data, and guide behavior intervention plans.

Lead Adaptive Skills Team (AST) meetings and parent education sessions.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (Speech, OT, PT, School Staff).

Support new case launches, hiring initiatives, and cross-department communication.

Maintain 30 billable clinical hours weekly within a 40-hour workweek.

Assignments: Clients placed within 30 miles of your home base.

Administrative Support: Dedicated systems and templates—no unpaid admin hours.

1:1 Clinical Mentorship: Direct access to BCBA leadership for ongoing guidance.

Collaborative Environment: Team-based communication and multidisciplinary integration. What We’re Looking For

Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field

Active BCBA Certification

2+ years of supervisory or clinical experience

Bilingual (a plus)

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance

DOJ/FBI clearance and TB test Nice to Haves Experience supervising BTs, RBTs, BCaBAs, or graduate students

Familiarity with CentralReach, CodeMetro, or Rethink

Experience providing in-home, school-based, or community ABA services

Passion for mentorship and professional development

Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care
