Our Mechanics Deserve the Best Diesel Mechanic Benefits Diesel Mechanic Compensation:
Up to $40 per hour, depending on experience and location
Diesel Mechanic Paid Time Off:
Vacation: Begins accruing on day 1
Up to 80 hours per year
Up to 40 unused hours may roll over (must be used by April 30) Personal Time Off (PTO): 24 hours annually

Diesel Mechanic Qualifications High school education or technical school preferred
At least 3 years of diesel shop experience, including technical school
Specific exposure to an equipment or maintenance environment
Knowledge of basic hand tools for general equipment repair
Equipment systems experience a plus
