Building Construction Worker
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Assist with building renovations and site preparation work
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Support skilled tradespeople and construction crews
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Comply with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed
