We are looking for experienced leaders who desire to do great things. </p> <br><p> </p> <br><p><strong>Position Overview: </strong></p> <br><p>LPS, located in Denver, NC, is seeking a Business Development Manager - Sales to focus on new business-to-business account development for Facility Maintenance Repair Service & Construction. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with potential customers, presenting programs, and meeting a sales quota. In this role, you are responsible for running the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close.</p> <br><p> </p> <br><p><strong>As Business Development Manager, you will:</strong></p> <br><ul> <br> <li>Generate revenue to meet sales targets.</li> <br> <li>Prospect, identify and qualify leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.</li> <br> <li>Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business.</li> <br> <li>Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, learning prospective client needs, creating proposals and winning business.</li> <br> <li>Continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics, and manage work.</li> <br> <li>Utilize and manage our CRM to capture/enter all customer information.</li> <br> <li>Enjoy and thrive in an exciting & positive work atmosphere in our rapidly growing business.</li> <br> <li>Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.</li> <br> <li>Achieve agreed upon sales activity targets and outcomes within schedule parameters.</li> <br> <li>Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.</li> <br> <li>Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.</li> <br> <li>Supply management with updates on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.</li> <br> <li>Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. </li> <br> <li>Continuously improve through feedback.</li> <br> <li>Occasional travel required.</li> <br></ul> <br><p><strong>What you have:</strong></p> <br><ul> <br> <li>Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience. </li> <br> <li>Demonstrated mastery of written and verbal communication skills.</li> <br> <li>Valid driver's license.</li> <br> <li>Minimum of 3 years Facilities Maintenance and/or construction sales background (required)</li> <br> <li>High School Diploma/GED; bachelor's degree preferred.</li> <br> <li>Relationship building skills – potential clients buy from people they like, and who are knowledgeable and fair.</li> <br> <li>Problem Solving – ability to find the prospect’s pain points and the skill to guide them to any number of solutions that LPS offers.</li> <br> <li>Time Management skills – you get the job done, bring on new business, manage for success.</li> <br> <li>Self-Motivated – you don’t wait around; you make it happen!
