This is a senior role designed for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the trenches — someone who can craft growth strategies, operationalize them efficiently, and leverage the latest AI-powered tools to drive measurable outcomes.<br> <br> If you are someone who lives and breathes business development, thrives on building pipelines, and gets excited about using technology to unlock new revenue opportunities, we want to hear from you.<br> <br> <br>Key Responsibilities<br> <br>Strategy & Growth<br> • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational revenue goals<br> • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the company's footprint<br> • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through to close<br> • Conduct competitive market analysis and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives<br> • Collaborate with senior leadership to set quarterly and annual business development targets<br> <br> Operations & Process Management<br> • Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end business development workflows and SOPs<br> • Oversee CRM management, pipeline hygiene, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and visibility<br> • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, presenting regular reports to leadership with actionable recommendations<br> • Streamline handoff processes between business development, sales, and account management teams<br> • Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), ensuring alignment with company goals<br> <br> AI & Technology Integration<br> • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered business development tools to enhance prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification<br> • Leverage AI tools for lead generation, personalized outreach automation, sentiment analysis, and predictive forecasting<br> • Stay ahead of emerging AI and sales technology trends and proactively recommend tools that improve efficiency and conversion rates<br> • Train and upskill team members on AI tools and technology platforms to ensure maximum adoption and ROI<br> • Integrate AI-driven insights into decision-making processes across the business development lifecycle<br> <br> Partnerships & Client Engagement<br> • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, vendors, and clients<br> • Lead high-value client meetings, discovery calls, and presentations<br> • Develop tailored value propositions and pitches for target verticals and industries<br> • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums<br> <br> Required Qualifications<br><br> • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)<br> • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, sales operations, or a related role<br> • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment<br> • Hands-on experience with AI business development tools such as: Outreach, Apollo.io, HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein, Copy.ai, ChatGPT for sales workflows, Gong, Lavender, Clay, or similar platforms<br> • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or equivalent)<br> • Demonstrated experience building and scaling business development teams and processes from the ground up<br> <br> Skills & Competencies<br><br> Strategic Thinking Ability to see the big picture while managing day-to-day operations<br> AI Fluency Deep familiarity with AI-powered sales and BD tools;
