This internship provides hands-on experience in administrative operations, claims management, fleet rental coordination, data management, document organization, and professional business communication within a fast-paced construction and infrastructure environment.</p><p>The internship is designed as a structured training program that allows participants to develop practical business skills through mentorship, real-world assignments, and progressive responsibility.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Claims Management & Risk Tracking</p><ul><li>Assist with claims intake and documentation processes.</li><li>Log and track claims information accurately within company systems.</li><li>Verify documentation completeness and identify missing information.</li><li>Maintain organized records and support claims follow-up activities.</li><li>Learn risk tracking methodologies and reporting procedures.</li></ul><p>Fleet Management & Asset Tracking</p><ul><li>Support maintenance of fleet rental and asset tracking databases.</li><li>Update vehicle rental status and monitor asset movements.</li><li>Assist with record reconciliation and discrepancy identification.</li><li>Learn commercial fleet management processes and documentation requirements.</li></ul><p>Data Management & Reporting</p><ul><li>Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and operational databases.</li><li>Assist in creating and improving business tracking tools.</li><li>Perform data validation and accuracy checks.</li><li>Support reporting and operational analysis activities.</li><li>Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to organize and visualize data.</li></ul><p>Professional Communication</p><ul><li>Draft and respond to business correspondence using approved
