Cargo Sales (Bilingual in English & Mandarin) Los Angeles, California Job Description Responsibilities: Cargo Sales, Reservation & Customer Service * Develop and expand the local cargo customer base through sales calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations * Respond to cargo reservation inquiries, including those from Mandarin-speaking clients, delivering responsive and professional service * Meet cargo sales targets and KPIs Reporting & Market Strategy * Prepare sales reports and documentation in both English and Mandarin as required * Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external partners * Travel locally as needed to network with prospective and current clients * Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate manager Benefits: * 401(K) with company match * Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance * PTO & Paid Holidays * Employee Flight Ticket Benefit Job Type: Full-time, in person Pay: From US$44,400.00 per year We are an Equal Employment Opportunity ("EEO") Employer.
