Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote Ford's charging and energy services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all communication channels. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and developments related to electric vehicles and renewable energy. Create engaging and informative content for various communication platforms, including social media, websites, and press releases. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and make adjustments as needed. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders in the electric vehicle and energy industries. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Ford's charging and energy services, as well as the company's overall sustainability goals. Plan and coordinate events and initiatives to promote Ford's charging and energy services, such as product launches and partnerships. Serve as a spokesperson for Ford's charging and energy services, both internally and externally. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members and departments on communication related to charging and energy services. Stay informed on competitors' communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
