Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM (Mon-Thurs, 6 AM–4 PM may also be available)
Reports to: Amazon Warehouse Manager and Amazon Director

Job Overview

Charm City Run is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Amazon Warehouse Team Member to join our growing e-commerce operation. This role supports the day-to-day flow of inventory through our Amazon warehouse, including receiving product, organizing inventory, preparing outgoing shipments, and helping keep our operation accurate, efficient, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and organize incoming product shipments
  • Prepare outgoing Amazon and e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently
  • Help create outgoing shipments based on inventory and platform data
  • Catalog and update inventory in our internal database
  • Maintain clean, organized, and accurate warehouse storage areas
  • Schedule and coordinate pickups with local delivery partners
  • Use computers and warehouse systems to support daily operations
  • Assist with other warehouse and operational needs as they arise
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly shipping goals

Qualifications

  • Experience in a warehouse, retail, inventory, shipping, or fast-paced work environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable using computers and learning inventory systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to stay focused during repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to jump in where needed and work outside of a narrow job description
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, move, bend, lift, and work on your feet throughout the day
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
