Clinical Consultant, Virtual Training

Job Description:

• Understand and be proficient using Teams, Word, Excel, “OBS”, SalesForce, and other audio and visual technology related to virtual meetings
• Effectively train and motivate our partners to be successful trainers
• Effectively train nursing staff on product use and practical applications
• Create virtual curriculums to address educational needs
• Implement and execute virtual education sessions as necessary (basic, advanced) for our partners.
• Maintain product competency through keeping up-to-date on product and procedural changes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in education and/or in the dialysis industry
• Very strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, energetic, with an infectious, positive, can-do attitude.
