Company Start Up - All Production, Warehouse and Quality Roles Available

We are a fast-growing, family owned, manufacturing and distribution startup in Arlington, Texas, where we make high-quality wet wipes products for our customers. As we build our team from the ground up, we’re looking for motivated, reliable individuals who want to grow with us and build a career.

Open Positions

We are currently hiring for multiple roles across our operation and below are a few:

Production Line Workers/Packers

  • As a Production Packer, you will be responsible for packaging finished wipes products, inspecting for quality, and preparing items for shipment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Quality Assurance Inspectors

  • The QA Inspector is responsible for monitoring and inspecting production processes and finished products to ensure they meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. This role works closely with production teams to maintain consistent product standards.

Warehouse Associates / Material Handlers

  • The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory activities while ensuring accurate documentation and smooth warehouse operations. This role is essential to maintaining product flow from production to customers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or quality roles is a plus
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
