Construction Project Manager

Who We Are

Pinnacle Remodel is an upscale remodeling and construction company based in Wichita, KS. For over a decade, we’ve built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, white-glove client service, and a team culture that takes pride in doing things right — every time.

We’re not the cheapest option in town, and that’s by design. Our clients choose us because they trust us to deliver something remarkable. That standard starts with our people.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and is passionate about leading people and delivering exceptional results. If you’re the kind of person who gets energized by solving complex problems, building great teams, and seeing a beautifully executed project come to life — keep reading.

This is a full-time, in-field/in-office role (40–50+ hours/week, Monday–Friday). You will oversee multiple active remodeling projects simultaneously, managing everything from scheduling and permitting to team development and client relationships.

You Might Be a Great Fit If…

  • You communicate with clarity, confidence, and consistency — especially when it’s hard.
  • You’re a natural leader who knows how to hold people accountable while earning their respect.
  • You thrive under pressure and stay organized when the stakes are high.
  • You plan weeks ahead and anticipate problems before they become crises.
  • You have a talent for finding, hiring, and developing great people.
  • You believe in continuous improvement — for yourself, your team, and the company.
  • You’re hungry, humble, and love the craft of building things right.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing and leading a team in a field-based or construction environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Available Monday–Friday, 40–50+ hours per week.

Preferred (but not required):

  • 10+ years of hands-on construction or remodeling experience.
  • Experience with construction management platforms (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore).
  • Working knowledge of permitting, scheduling, and trade coordination.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-end project management: scheduling, permits, materials, equipment, and manpower.
  • Leading, training, and evaluating the production team.
  • Maintaining quality standards, safety protocols, and client satisfaction on every job site.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients, trade partners, and vendors.
  • Identifying process gaps and championing improvements across the business.
  • Overseeing vehicles, tools, equipment, shop, and yard maintenance.
