<p><strong>Creative Strategist</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>highly performance-driven Creative Strategist </strong>to own the development of high-performing paid social creative that drives profitable customer acquisition at scale.</p> <p>In this role, you will translate <strong>consumer psychology</strong>, product truth, and performance data into <strong>scalable creative systems</strong> that educate, persuade, and convert. You’ll own creative strategy from research and ideation through testing, iteration, and scaling — <strong>partnering closely with designers, editors, creators, media buyers, and production teams</strong> to continuously unlock growth opportunities.</p> <p><strong>This is not a brand-awareness role.</strong> We are looking for someone who understands direct response creative and can consistently build winning ads that drive <strong>revenue, </strong>especially across<strong> Meta.</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Develop and execute creative strategies</strong> that drive profitable customer acquisition across paid social channels, primarily Meta.</li> <li><strong>Research customers deeply</strong> to identify pain points, buying motivations, objections, awareness levels, and scalable creative opportunities.</li> <li><strong>Build and continuously test new creative concepts</strong>, hooks, angles, and messaging to prevent fatigue and improve efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Own the development of clear, high-signal creative briefs</strong> for designers, creators, influencers, editors, and production partners.</li> <li><strong>Lead structured creative testing and iteration</strong> by analyzing performance signals and evolving winning concepts to maximize scale.</li> <li><strong>Conduct competitive and market research</strong> to identify emerging trends, high-performing formats, and best-in-class DTC creative.</li> <li><strong>Partner cross-functionally</strong> with media buyers, production teams, post-production, creators, and marketing stakeholders to maintain a fast and efficient creative pipeline.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p> <ul> <li>Successfully helping scale acquisition funnels through high-performing creative while maintaining profitability targets.</li> <li>Identifying and scaling multiple winning creative angles that sustain performance and reduce creative fatigue.</li> <li>Operating a high-velocity creative testing engine with strong organization, iteration, and learning systems.</li> <li>Developing diversified creative across audiences, personas, hooks, formats, and creators to support long-term growth.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You deeply understand consumer psychology and enjoy figuring out what actually makes people buy.</li> <li>You are performance-first and care about business outcomes, not just creative aesthetics.</li> <li>You move quickly, embrace testing, and adapt fast when data signals change.</li> <li>You take ownership and proactively solve problems before performance declines.</li> <li>You combine creative intuition with analytical rigor and enjoy turning insights into repeatable systems.</li> <li>You thrive in fast-paced environments with high output expectations and constant iteration.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience & Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, Paid Social Creative, or a related role.</li> <li>Proven experience developing high-performing static and video ads for paid acquisition environments.</li> <li>Strong understanding of direct response marketing, consumer psychology, and creative testing frameworks.</li> <li>Experience supporting high-spend Meta environments and scaling performance creative.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate creative performance using KPIs and performance signals.</li> <li>Experience writing creative briefs, developing scripts, and collaborating with creators, editors, and production teams.</li> <li>Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in DTC/eCommerce brands, particularly health & wellness, supplements, beauty, or CPG.</li> <li>Familiarity with scaling creative in high-volume performance marketing environments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Alpha Lion:</strong></p> <p>Alpha Lion is a fast-growing, performance-driven brand focused on helping people unleash their Superhuman potential. This is a remote-first role, open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.</p> <p>The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000 (USD).</p> <p>Your offer will reflect your experience, skill set, and where you live — we calibrate pay to ensure fairness and alignment with local markets.</p> <p>Beyond base pay, team members may be eligible for performance bonuses, growth incentives, and benefits built to support their health, wellness, and professional goals.</p>
