Credit Control Executive
Responsibility
What You’ll DoAccounts Receivable & Collections
- Follow up with customers and sales teams on due and overdue receivables to ensure timely collection.
- Monitor and manage deductions or claims raised by customers.
- Send payment reminders and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare aging reports with comments and collection forecasts for review.
- Review and release daily blocked credit orders in a timely manner.
- Process cash applications, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, and IRB e-Invoicing.
- Send Credit Notes to customers to support payment processing.
- Access customer e-portals to input and validate e-Invoice/Credit Note details and download claims for further action.
- Review, match, reconcile and resolve disputes arising from deductions or claims.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to address discrepancies and drive resolution.
- Prepare month-end reports and collection forecasts.
- Participate in or conduct AR meetings when necessary.
- Support ad hoc assignments and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable (FMCG experience is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Proficient in Excel;
experience with SAP S/4HANA, Vistex, or BW reporting tools is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve issues effectively
