POPEYES TEAM MEMBER

The Crew Member supports daily restaurant operations by providing excellent Guest service, preparing food according to Popeyes standards, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive, respectful team environment.

Crew Members help the restaurant achieve strong performance in:

• Order Accuracy
• Guest Satisfaction
• Cleanliness & Food Safety.

Food Preparation

• Prepare food according to Popeyes recipes, procedures, and portion standards.
• Follow proper cooking times, temperatures, and food-handling requirements.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Monitor hold times and adhere to food safety standards.

Restaurant Cleanliness & Organization

• Maintain a clean dining room, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and assigned side work.
• Keep workstations organized, stocked, and ready for service.

Teamwork

• Support fellow team members during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly with managers and coworkers.
• Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment.
• Help the team meet restaurant goals and performance standards.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow Popeyes procedures and standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or quick service experience is helpful, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a kitchen environment with heat and noise.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as cooking, assembling orders, and cleaning.
