Every week we process thousands of customer files, making speed, accuracy, and clear communication vital.The Role You’ll join our Customer Service team to help process orders, chat with our awesome customers, and find the best solutions when things don’t go quite as planned. To thrive here, you’ll need to be confident with computers and able to keep a friendly, helpful tone no matter what’s thrown your way.Our customers reach out through phone, chat, and email, so being able to quickly switch gears is a must. You’ll also communicate with other departments via Slack to help make sure every order ships on time and looks amazing.
