Customer Development Manager

Responsible for managing sales activities for the BJ's account, the full-time Customer Development Manager will develop strategic relationships, execute brand growth strategies, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely in the New England region. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strategic relationships within BJ's portfolio, focusing on divisional wins Execute brand and category growth strategies aligned with customer objectives and deliver budget plans Manage daily business operations, including product setup, logistics, and sales forecasting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years managing large customers Strong relationships or experience with BJ's or similar retailers Sales experience in grocery, drug, and/or mass retail channels required Proficient in MS Office Suite and experienced in P&L management
