About The Role We are hiring a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support our operations team from home on a flexible schedule. Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer, account, and operational data into internal company systems
- Review submitted information for completeness, formatting, and accuracy — flag any errors for team lead review
- Maintain organized digital records across assigned accounts and databases
- Meet weekly data entry accuracy and productivity targets as set by team management
- Communicate task updates, questions, and completion status to team leads via email and chat
- Handle all data, records, and account information with strict confidentiality
- Assist with file organization, document formatting, and administrative support as needed
- Participate in brief weekly check-ins with the team to review workload and priorities
- High school diploma or GED required
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with strong accuracy
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets while working independently
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
