About the Role
Delta Air Lines is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives for its Reservations and Care team. You will assist Delta passengers with flight bookings, SkyMiles accounts, flight changes, and travel inquiries from the comfort of your home. Paid training on Delta systems is included.
What You Will Do
- Assist Delta passengers with flight reservations, changes, upgrades, and cancellations
- Handle SkyMiles loyalty account inquiries — balance, redemption, and status
- Rebook passengers affected by delays, cancellations, and irregular operations
- Deliver compassionate, solutions-focused service on every call
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred; airline background a plus
- Professional, calm communication style with travelers
- Home PC, USB headset, and 25+ Mbps internet required
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $17.00–$21.00 per hour
