What You Will Do
- Handle inbound passenger contacts about Delta flights, bookings, and travel needs
- Assist with rebooking, refunds, and compensation processing for disrupted travel
- Resolve SkyMiles account issues — missing miles, redemption, and status benefits
- Provide accurate flight status, gate, and travel documentation information
Requirements
- High school diploma; some college preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a calm, professional phone manner
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- PC, USB headset, and 25+ Mbps internet at home
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $17.00–$21.00 per hour
