<p><span style="font-weight: bold">Director of Consulting and Implementation (REMOTE) </span><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Overview</span></p> <p>The Director of Consulting and Implementation will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of Kryterion’s implementation and consulting services organization, playing a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and long-term customer success. This leader will drive successful customer onboarding, program launches, and ongoing optimization initiatives for clients delivering high-stakes exams, certification programs, and credentialing services worldwide.</p> <p>In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of project managers, implementation specialists, consultants, and training professionals while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes, accelerate client value realization, and strengthen customer partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for building scalable service delivery organizations that drive growth, retention, and client satisfaction.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Key Responsibilities</span></p> <ul> <li>Define and execute the Consulting and Implementation vision aligned with company growth goals</li> <li>Build scalable service offerings (implementation, integration, training, consulting)</li> <li>Drive utilization, margin, and revenue targets for services</li> <li>Oversee end-to-end implementation of certification programs, including:</li> </ul> <ul> <li style="list-style-type: none;"> <ul> <li>Platform configuration (exam setup, candidate workflows, reporting)</li> <li>Integrations such as SSO and API</li> <li>Data migration and validation projects</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex, multi-phase deployments</li> <li>Act as executive sponsor for key projects</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Implementation Managers, Consultants, Project managers, Trainers</li> <li>Establish performance metrics, career paths, and training programs</li> <li>Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture</li> <li>Partner with Sales on scoping, SOW development</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Product and Sales to influence roadmap based on client needs</li> <li>Align with Account Management for smooth transition from implementation to adoption</li> <li>Work with Support to ensure post-launch stability and issue resolution</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Develop standardized processes, templates, and playbooks for: <ul> <li>Certification program launches</li> <li>Candidate experience optimization</li> </ul> </li> <li>Track and report on KPIs: <ul> <li>Time-to-launch</li> <li>Customer satisfaction for assigned projects</li> <li>Utilization and billable rates</li> <li>Project margin and revenue</li> </ul> </li> <li>Leading the consultants, serve as a subject matter expert in certification and credentialing best practices, advising clients on:</li> </ul> <ul> <li style="list-style-type: none;"> <ul> <li>Exam security and integrity</li> <li>Program design and scalability</li> <li>Regulatory or compliance considerations</li> </ul> </li> <li>Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client workshops upon request</li> </ul> <p> <br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Qualifications</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Required</span></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services, Consulting, or Implementation</li> <li>2+ years in a leadership role managing delivery teams running complex, multi-phase implementations</li> <li>Previous resource planning and delivery governance</li> <li>Risk and issue management expertise</li> <li>Ability to translate business needs into technical and service solutions</li> <li>Proven success delivering complex SaaS implementations (enterprise-level clients preferred)</li> <li>Strong understanding of integrations (APIs, SSO, LMS/CRM ecosystems)</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, utilization, and services revenue</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Preferred</span></p> <ul> <li>Experience with exam delivery platforms, online proctoring, or credential management systems</li> <li>Familiarity with standards in certification (e.g., psychometrics, exam security)</li> <li>Background in industries such as education, workforce certification, or compliance training</li> </ul> <p> </p>
