Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented ERP Solution Specialist to support the delivery and sustainment of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions within a government environment.

This role focuses on backend system functionality, including configuration, technical troubleshooting, QA/testing, and hands-on system support. The ideal candidate brings experience working behind the scenes of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or GFEBS), with the ability to support coding, system analysis, and defect resolution while ensuring overall system performance and data integrity.

This individual will play a key role in validating system functionality through QA and testing efforts, supporting production issues, and contributing to backend configuration and continuous system improvement.

This is a hands-on, techno-functional role that requires strong problem-solving skills, experience navigating ERP system architecture, and the ability to support both technical and operational aspects of enterprise systems in a controlled, compliance-driven environment.
