Drafters - Project Assistant
Responsibility
Job Description
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with AutoCad systems.
- Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
- Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
- Have knowledge of using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and layouts, calculate dimensions and material requirements, and describe production methods.
- Responsible on department clerical documentation.
- Any duties assignment by department head.
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Design or related field.
- strong knowledge in mathematics, artistic ability, technical expertise with software like CAD, time management, detail awareness and interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years of working experience in the construction/design field
- Ability to understand construction drawing and detail
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
