The Role

This is a fully remote Customer Service Representative position with a starting pay range of up to $25 per hour for qualified candidates. You will handle inbound passenger inquiries via phone, assisting with everything from booking confirmations to travel disruptions. What You'll Do

  • Respond to inbound calls from JetBlue customers seeking help with reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes
  • Use JetBlue's reservation system to look up bookings, issue credits, and process modifications in real time
  • Provide accurate information about flight schedules, baggage fees, seat options, and TrueBlue loyalty benefits
  • De-escalate frustrated customers with patience and professionalism, following JetBlue's service recovery guidelines
  • Achieve daily targets for handle time, first-call resolution, and CSAT scores
  • Document all interactions accurately to support quality assurance and compliance reporting

Who You Are

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience in a phone-based, travel, or hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call center performance metrics
  • Excellent verbal communication with a calm, professional tone under pressure
  • Comfortable with Windows-based systems, multiple browser tabs, and typing 35+ WPM
  • Reliable home internet (25 Mbps minimum wired) and a noise-free workspace
