To support a seamless direct-to-consumer experience, the full-time remote Ecommerce Operations Manager will oversee Shopify store operations, ensure customer clarity and satisfaction, and implement systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Key responsibilities Manage customer inquiries and ensure clear communication regarding orders and shipping Oversee order operations, fulfillment, and resolve discrepancies to maintain timely delivery Audit website for accuracy, implement SOPs, and identify automation opportunities to streamline processes Required qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience managing Shopify store operations Hands-on experience with order management, fulfillment, and customer service Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information Understanding of Shopify apps and backend systems Proven ability to build systems and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment
