In this role, you will design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions within Microsoft Entra ID — securing enterprise access, enabling seamless authentication experiences, and advancing Zero Trust initiatives across a complex application landscape. font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Support user lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 3pt 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Design and maintain group-based access control and dynamic group rules.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 3pt 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC) models.</li> </ul> Authentication and Security <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 3.0pt;"> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 3pt 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Configure Identity Protection policies, including risk-based access controls.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 3pt 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Monitor and mitigate identity-related security risks.</li> </ul> Hybrid Identity and Directory Services <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 3.0pt;"> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 3pt 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Support and maintain hybrid identity architecture using Entra Connect and Cloud Sync.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 3pt 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Troubleshoot identity synchronization issues between Active Directory and Entra ID.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 3pt 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Manage federation services with third-party identity providers where applicable.</li> </ul> Application Integration and SSO <ul style="margin-top: 0in; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Support compliance initiatives across frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, SOX, and PCI-DSS, as applicable.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 3pt 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access and MFA.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 3pt 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Working knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 3pt 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Experience supporting hybrid identity environments.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 3pt 0px;
