About The Job
Your Role:
We are seeking experienced Epic Analysts (mid-to-senior level) to join our team and support Lumens, Willow Inpatient, and Willow Ambulatory modules. In this role, you ll be a key contributor to maintaining and optimizing the Epic EHR system, working closely with client teams to solve complex challenges, improve workflows, and drive system enhancements.
As an Epic Analyst at Cardamom:
Collaborate with Cardamom and client teams to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal guidance.
Provide expert-level support to users and stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues and offering effective solutions within Epic.
Assist in gathering requirements, preparing specifications, and building Epic system configurations for Lumens, Willow Inpatient, and Willow Ambulatory.
Resolve moderate to complex system issues, identifying root causes and applying solutions; escalate critical issues as needed.
Maintain clear and thorough documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
Follow change control procedures for system builds, ensuring stability and compliance post-implementation.
Support internal initiatives, optimization projects, and special client requests.
Ensure all work meets agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response time and issue resolution.
Serve as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and improved system functionality.
Assist with user training and support, helping staff maximize Epic capabilities.
Participate in system testing, validation, and optimization to ensure alignment with business needs.
Our ideal Epic Analyst will have:
5+ years of Epic experience with Lumens, Willow Inpatient, or Willow Ambulatory
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and sense of urgency
Passion for healthcare IT and improving patient care through technology
Epic certification
Flexibility to take on-call rotations, including nights and weekends, if required
