2. Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips.
3. Maintain and update important documents, reports, and presentations.
4. Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items.
5. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
6. Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.
7. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.
8. Open to travel frequently with CEO across globe.
