We are seeking a skilled and reliable roofer with proven experience in both commercial low-slope roofing systems and residential shingle installations. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment.
Duties
Must be able to read a print and build a tapered roofing system as specified
Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, etc.)
Perform residential roofing work, including asphalt shingle installation and repairs
Identify roof issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Tear-off and replacement of roofing systems
Ensure all work meets quality standards and manufacturer specifications
Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-10 years roofing experience
Hands-on experience with low-slope commercial roofing systems
Experience with residential shingle roofing
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with roof coatings or restorations
Knowledge of safety protocols and fall protection systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications
