**The Role**

As a Customer Service Representative on our State Farm Agent team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to our policyholders, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Collaborating with our State Farm Agent team to develop and implement strategies to grow our book of business and increase revenue
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product updates to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers
  • Working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Collaborate with the State Farm Agent team to develop and implement strategies to grow our book of business and increase revenue
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product updates to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments

**Qualifications:**

  • Currently licensed in Life, Property, and Casualty
  • Prior State Farm experience within the last 12 months
  • Strong track record of life production
  • Spanish language bi-lingual skills preferred
