About the Role

• We’re hiring a hands-on FP&A professional to support a high-impact Ads Finance team.
• This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and financial close cycles, helping drive accurate insights for a core revenue-generating business.

What You’ll Do

• Own and support quarterly close, forecasting, and annual planning
• Manage budgets, Opex tracking, and variance analysis
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports
• Work with large datasets to analyze trends and ensure data accuracy
• Partner cross-functionally to gather inputs and resolve discrepancies
• Support ongoing finance operations (POs, invoices, trackers)

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in FP&A / Financial Analysis
• Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting, and close cycles
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (modeling, pivots, lookups)
• Comfortable working with large, complex datasets
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in tech, ads, or product finance
• Tools: SQL, Tableau, Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI
• CPA / CFA (optional)
