Flight Reservation Support Agent – Work From Home – $17–$21hr

About the Role

We are hiring Remote Flight Reservation Support Agents to assist airline passengers with all aspects of their booking experience. From initial flight searches to post-travel follow-up, you will be a trusted resource for travelers navigating their journey — working entirely from your home.

What You Will Do

  • Assist customers with searching, comparing, and booking flights for domestic and international routes
  • Process booking modifications including date changes, routing changes, and passenger name corrections
  • Explain airline fare rules, change fee policies, and refund eligibility to customers
  • Handle disrupted travel scenarios — rebooking passengers affected by delays, cancellations, and weather events
  • Answer pre-travel questions on check-in procedures, baggage allowances, and airport services
  • Provide excellent service that results in high CSAT ratings and positive customer feedback

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of customer service experience; airline or travel background preferred
  • Good problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor with upset or anxious travelers
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • PC or laptop with Windows OS, USB headset, and 20+ Mbps broadband internet

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay: $17.00–$21.00 per hour
  • Full-time remote position with set schedule
