You will also maintain a clean and organized kitchen and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Serve delicious and high-quality food that exceeds customer expectations.</li><li>Address and resolve food quality issues promptly and effectively.</li><li>Promote and enforce food safety standards, including proper hand washing, glove changes, and temperature monitoring.</li><li>Foster positive customer interactions and timely resolution of any issues to ensure a great experience.</li><li>Oversee crew schedules, breaks, and training for front-line staff.</li><li>Assist with performance reviews and help develop future leaders within the team.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks, including cash management and inventory ordering.</li><li>Maintain functionality of office equipment and ensure reliable supply levels.</li></ul>WHAT YOU’LL NEED:<ul><li>Understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity mission.</li><li>Experience with cash handling and financial procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.</li><li>Familiarity with administrative tasks essential to restaurant operations.</li><li>Communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location.</li><li>A high school diploma.</li><li>Previous restaurant experience is a plus.</li></ul>WHAT WE OFFER:<ul><li>Tuition assistance (100% coverage for select degrees or up to $5,250/year).</li><li>Complimentary meals during shifts.</li><li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.</li><li>Paid time off and holiday closures.</li><li>Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement (80% of our managers started as Crew members).</li></ul>ABOUT CHIPOTLE Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is dedicated to cultivating a better world by serving responsibly sourced, real food without artificial ingredients.
