About The Position

Level 10 Contractor is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Data Entry Bookkeeper to join our accounting team.

This is a full-time position for someone who genuinely enjoys structure, consistency, and working with numbers all day long.

To be completely transparent:

This job is not exciting.

You will spend the majority of your day entering financial transactions, reviewing numbers, reconciling information, updating Google Sheets, and ensuring data accuracy.

Hundreds of entries are processed every day.

For the right person, this is a dream job.

For the wrong person, it will feel like absolute torture.

If you love organization, repetitive work, checklists, and making sure every number is correct, you will thrive here.

If you become bored easily, dislike repetitive tasks, or struggle with speed and accuracy, this position will not be a good fit.

Responsibilities

Enter hundreds of transactions daily into QuickBooks.

Update and maintain Google Sheets and tracking documents.

Process invoices and vendor information.

Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Reconcile reports and transaction records.

Organize and maintain financial documentation.

Assist the accounting team with recurring bookkeeping tasks.

Follow established procedures and standard operating processes.

Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

Requirements

Must Have

Previous bookkeeping or accounting data-entry experience.

Experience with QuickBooks Online.

Strong experience with Google Sheets and Excel.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently.

Strong written English communication skills.

Stable internet connection.

Reliable computer and workspace.

Ability to work the required schedule of 9 AM – 5 PM CST.

Highly Preferred

Experience processing high transaction volumes.

Experience working for U.S.-based companies.

Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Familiarity with contractor-based or service businesses.
