Leading a team of claims professionals, the fully remote General Liability Branch Manager will manage client relationships, drive talent development, and promote best practices while ensuring high-quality service delivery across the organization. Key responsibilities Define branch goals and motivate team performance to achieve high levels of service Oversee the hiring and training of adjusters to foster a culture of continuous improvement Engage proactively with clients, carriers, and brokers to strengthen professional relationships Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 15 years of related claims experience At least 5 years of supervisory experience Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled Knowledge of all team member related functions
