The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills and a good understanding of web-ready design practices.<br><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Key Responsibilities</span></p> <ul> <li>Design creative graphics for digital media including presentations, and marketing materials.</li> <li>Create reports, illustrations, infographics and final artwork files for digital publishing.</li> <li>Support website content updates using WordPress and basic HTML/web formatting.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual assets.</li> <li>Create and edit promotional videos and motion content. Create 2D animation videos for social media campaigns.</li> <li>Ensure consistency in typography, colors, and branding across all projects.</li> <li>Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Required Skills & Qualifications</span></p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in: <ul> <li>Adobe Photoshop</li> <li>Adobe Illustrator</li> <li>Adobe InDesign</li> <li>MS Office/Office 365</li> </ul> </li> <li>Good understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress and web design concepts.</li> <li>Creativity with attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Strong communication and time-management skills.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Additional Skills (Preferred)</span></p> <ul> <li>Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.</li> <li>Basic understanding of social media design trends.</li> <li>Knowledge of branding and digital marketing materials.</li> <li>Awareness of evolving AI capabilities in graphic design.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Experience</span></p> <ul> <li>Graduate or 1-4 years of relevant experience.</li> <li>Portfolio showcasing creative design work is preferred.</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Education <br></span>Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.</p>
