The Guest Engagement Specialist 4 – Hilton Housing Desk supports Business Travel Sales customers by delivering personalized service aligned with Hilton's standards. The role involves working with business-to-business transactions, providing value and dedicated support to clients, and advocating for supported accounts. The specialist will manage cases end-to-end, fulfilling special requirements and requests, and collaborate with others to resolve service issues and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Four (4) years in steady job experience in a consultative customer service-oriented and sales role
  • Two (2) year of Customer Service experience meeting specific metrics/goals in a performance-driven role
  • Six (6) months of experience within HRCC as a Guest Engagement Specialist (GES)
  • Schedule flexibility inclusive of nights, weekends and some holidays
