Oversee the operations and management of Citigroup's public cloud infrastructure. Ensure the highest level of security and compliance for all cloud operations. Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and optimization within the cloud environment. Monitor and analyze cloud usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new cloud solutions. Manage relationships with cloud service providers and negotiate contracts and service level agreements. Lead a team of cloud operations professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in cloud technology, and implement best practices and innovations within the organization. Communicate with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on cloud operations and recommend strategic improvements. Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place for all cloud systems. Develop and maintain documentation of all cloud operations processes and procedures. Drive cost optimization initiatives to achieve financial targets. Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure all cloud operations are in line with regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to cloud operations.
